BPS: Strategic Plan and Implementation Process

Developed a comprehensive suite of visual materials to support the rollout of a district-wide strategic plan, translating dense institutional content into clear, engaging, and accessible formats.

This project included the design of infographics, multi-page reports, presentation themes, and event materials, all built around a cohesive visual system. A key focus was structuring complex information—timelines, stakeholder data, and strategic priorities—into layouts that were both digestible and visually compelling for a wide range of audiences.

In addition to visual design, the work involved optimizing document workflows across platforms (Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word), ensuring consistency, accessibility (ADA compliance), and adaptability for translation and distribution.

The result was a unified set of communication tools that supported internal alignment and external engagement, balancing clarity, function, and visual identity under tight timelines and evolving requirements.
